Born and raised in Cleveland, Ohio, Frank's work ethic, values, and sense of responsibility come from his family upbringing.

He has earned a Master of Science in Economics degree from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and a Bachelor of Business Administration degree, Cum Laude, from Kent State University. He has also taught courses in economics and finance at the college level.

Frank began his investment career in 1992 and established CCM/Investment Counsel in 1997 to provide sound advice to clients and be an excellent investor on their behalf.
